TCN will move into MobilityXlab in the new building of Zenuity, at Lindholmen Science Park at December 20, 2017. TCN will initially co-share the premises with Zenuity Connected Cloud by Ericsson and a mixed core reality project from Volvo Car Group. Adjacent to each other the different organisations will work on collaboration projects such as connected services, AR, VR and network design aiding the transition into more autonomous driving and the emergence of a new connected service ecosystem.
TCN’s main focus today is on Ethernet-based real-time systems but moving into the future areas of 5G and Software-defined Networking (SDN). TCN customers will reduce their development expenses significantly, shorten product cycles, and add substantial new value to their network solutions. TCN has developed a technology enabling full determinism to standard Ethernet through latency, jitter and packet-delivery guarantees. For the first time the data communication market can enjoy all the benefits of standard Ethernet without compromising on data delivery reliability. Read more about TCN here
