Four of MobilityXlab's startups have been acquired this autumn

Since early Autumn, four of MobilityXlab startups have been acquired, which is a fantastic number. Many congratulations to Upstride, Omen Technologies, SiaSearch, and Phasya for their success, and the acquiring companies that have taken steps to scale for future mobility.

NOVEMBER

SIA SEARCH - SCALE AI

SIASEARCH, a member of the MobilityXlab community since January 2021, has been acquired by a US-based Unicorn, Scale AI
Mark Pfeiffer, Co-Founder of Sia Search, said in a comment on their Linkedin:
- I am happy and excited to share that Scale AI has acquired SiaSearch! I am really looking forward to this next chapter and to push data management for ML to the next level.

OMEN TECHNOLOGIES - CLAVISTER

Omen Technologies that is one of our most recent batch of startups, has been acquired by Swedish cyber security firm, Clavister. Wissam Aoudi, CEO Omen Technologies, said in a comment to Swedish magazine Computer Sweden:

- We are incredibly proud of the progress we have made in AI-based cyber protection. Our drive to develop innovative technologies to combat modern cyber threats has attracted a great deal of attention from leading manufacturers. By merging with Clavister, a company that has long been at the forefront of the Swedish and European cyber security market, we will be able to scale up and achieve our vision and goals faster.

SEPTEMBER

UPSTRIDE - CONTENTSQUARE

Upstride was acquired in September by a US-based unicorn, Contentsquare. Upstride has been part of MobilityXlab since January 2020. Upstride said in a comment on their Linkedin:
-We are thrilled to join forces with Contentsquare, and leverage the billions of data processed on a daily basis to reshape digital experiences and continue to push the boundaries of AI!

PHASYA - TOBii

Phasya was acquired by a Swedish eye-tracking company, Tobii, after having been a part of MobilityXalb since January 2021. ​​Jérôme Wertz, CEO at Phasya, commented in the joint press release: -- Through this process, it has become increasingly clear that Tobii is a fantastic home for Phasya. By leveraging Tobii’s organization and strong experience of scaling businesses, Phasya’s team and solutions will reach its full potential. We look forward to driving groundbreaking innovation and introducing exciting new possibilities across industries.
