MobilityXlab Announces Viktoria Fagerfjäll as Acting Director
Effective January 1st, 2026, Viktoria assumes leadership from Katarina Brud, who takes over a new role to establish a civil-military innovation arena at Lindholmen Science Park.

As Acting Director, Viktoria will focus on continuing our mission to drive global innovation through Swedish collaboration culture. She joined MobilityXlab in 2025 as a Tech Scout & Innovation Manager, bringing immediate value to our initiatives. Her background includes extensive experience in digital transformation and leadership, notably during her time at Stena Metall Group, where she held roles from Head of Digital Innovation to Chief Digital Officer.
Katarina will remain close to MobilityXlab, acting as a strategic advisor to the program. We extend our sincere appreciation for her dedicated work over the years, which has established MobilityXlab as a globally recognized platform for mobility innovation. And we look forward to Viktoria's leadership in this new capacity.
